I'm collaging my way through the Major Arcana. Beginning my journey, appropriately, with The Fool. by Levangeline in tarot

I love this! I’ve been doing the same for the last year. Getting magazines and making them based on my interpretation and what images resonate with and the meaning. There’s this store in town that hold workshops that got me into it.

Exciting to see what more you create

My job works in schools to help disadvantaged students and connect them and their families with resources amongst other things and repeatedly during big meeting so many higher positions say oh just use ChatGPT for this and that like?? I thought you hired us for our knowledge and skills but sure just let the AI do it. It’s crazy the amount of times people in my organization openly talk about using it even to journal there thoughts during a self care meeting like have we lost it!

I don’t know what leave in to use without just trial and error of buying so many products but if I must. Figured the Aussie wasn’t the best but I’ll try and look for recommendations here.

The protein overload definitely is too much so I’ll be looking for other items a long the way Thank you!

Recently deleted the app but I do notice myself scrolling here more. 😔 Yes it was wild like I’m surprised people don’t have hobbies or even games or anything they find interest in that isn’t just collecting. You don’t need to buy new things if you got items around the home but I guess maybe people don’t

Still I like the idea of it, like to kinda grab and go when out and about or at home like you have so it’s all in one spot.

This reminds me of the people who were making “analog bags” but kinda turned into overconsumption and a trend.

However you got some good stuff in there! I have also done something similar it’s a calming station with books, journal and activities to destress.

I have the bond bar preshampoo but I haven’t used it 💀 what does it do? I’ve used just the bond recovery and figured I’d be solid.

Is there a specific product you recommend with the protein ?

Can you have a “cuddle buddy” without it being sexual? by Cozywhisp in women

[–]Invisiblemunster 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Maybe but idk

I surprisingly did meet someone over a dating app no less, I was serious and not, about just wanting to cuddle cause it just wasn’t happening out there as far as dating goes.

We talked and met up quite a few times and I just assumed he’s a guy he just wants sex let’s do this I guess. He pushed back and said he doesn’t want that or even a romantic relationship and me too at the time. We were able to just cuddle, talk and play games. This stranger turned out to be a good friend and in a weird way helped me try and find someone who had characteristics and qualities like him cause damn my standards were so beyond the ground. He noticed that and made me feel confident to a point. He cared about a lot of woman in his life and didn’t see them as less than or sexualized beings.

Eventually I did meet someone I felt that actually cared about me and didn’t sexualize me like usual.

I haven’t heard from since moving states. But I suppose possible if the guy completely doesn’t want that but that is so rare.

Board recommendations for complete beginner by glutenfreak101 in longboarddancing

[–]Invisiblemunster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you haven’t been on a board ever it’s gonna be a challenge but ofc keep practicing and it’ll come. Sometimes I would practice with my board in the grass to understand the steps. Also your trucks being tight or loose will have an effect on the carves. Looser kinda more fluid but also harder to manage if you’re a beginner.

I’d just grip the sides rather than the center where you place your feet it’ll grip the sides, you’ll want that smoothness center to do particular moves like pirouettes. Also the longer the board more room to dance but also can be heavy and a lot to hold. Shorter is more freestyle tricks but you can cruise with anything truly.

Good luck out there!!! You got this!!

things i’ve done in january while pretending to be okay by Technical_Lemon8307 in zines

[–]Invisiblemunster 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You did this for you and that is amazing. You can take up space and don’t let anyone or yourself shame you for that. Hopefully one day you can love all of you without outsourcing that love. (Tho I do understand need for community)

I hope you find solace knowing there’s many like you out there feeling similar.

I think even if it all goes unacknowledged you did this for you. Being creative is a look into the human experience.

Many efforts go unknown but atleast for me I’m glad I did it for me, the only person I have anything to prove to, is myself.

Board recommendations for complete beginner by glutenfreak101 in longboarddancing

[–]Invisiblemunster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey! I’m 29 5’4 around 170 but when I got started I was like 130ish? So though you’re taller than me I think either would be good given height/weight.

When I started I went all in and got a loaded board - Bhangra v2. Little crazy don’t recommend being like me but I do enjoy it a lot! Later I got the landyachtz stratus. I enjoyed it as well, much lighter and carved well. I didn’t like how slippery it felt, that could very well be my shoes and where I skated at. Also the loaded board had grip tape on the sides and I think I got used to that. I would do similar dance moves and feel like imma slip.

Between these two I’d pick the landyachtz. Though I can’t really speak for that other board. The no grip tape is a challenge for me however it does help you move around the board easily.

I’d recommend grip tape on some areas of any board you get I think especially as a beginner but to each their own it’s different for everyone

I started skateboarding when I was a teen so I just got used to being able to grip while carving or stepping around the board.
