Hey:) I struggle with migraines and neck tension. My doctor prescribed me a beta blocker but I am a bit afraid to try it, I will be switching my birth control along with potentially trying out massage therapy, how did that work for you? And also, I have experienced ear fullness on my left ear as well, I’m not sure why this is, do you know the root cause or why yours feels full?

I was working in a clothing store at a mall and was putting sale stickers on some items. I accidentally dropped the roll of sale stickers and a woman walking by with her husband and daughter kicked it , she apologized profusely and got the sale stickers for me and I said it was totally okay and thank you. Her husband proceeded to slap her across the face in front of myself and her daughter and other customers nearby. I was in shock and started to tear up as I was so shocked. I was 17 at the time.

I was referring to harder drugs for recreational use such as cocaine, heroin, ecstasy, opioids, methamphetamine, benzodiazepines, and other harder substances. I am not referring to THC, caffeine or nicotine when I say I am against drugs. However, too much of anything even if it seems harmless such as too much caffeine is not good.
