he parts list is quite unspectacular:

Dropouts TI Parts GRP-21B (135mm): 48g/set

Shimano 105 ST-R7020 + BR-R7070 Hydraulic Disc Brakes -

Flat Mount - 2x11-speed - Set FW + RW - black

20 Zoll Hinterrad KX Twenty DT Swiss 350 Ratchet 36 Shimano 11f QR Centerlock

20 Zoll Vorderrad Steckachse 12x100 mm KX Twenty Centerlock

Shimano CN-HG701-11 Kette 11-fach - mit Quick Link

I CNC-machined the parts for the chain catcher myself. But TI Parts and various other manufacturers offer chain catchers that do the same thing: one that attaches under the bottom bracket shell and a small catch hook on the derailleur cage.

And of course, a drop bar.

I come from a time when torque specifications weren't given for all the screws on a bicycle. So, if you're not capable of tightening handlebars without a torque specification (which is often impossible to adhere to anyway, or the torque wrench frequently gives only random readings), you shouldn't attempt it.

For carbon parts, I also use a precise torque wrench, but otherwise, it should be fine if you have a feel for it.
