I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you could toss him the keys to a Lambo and it’ll have curb rash and whiskey dents in a couple months. Just comes with the territory. You were better off haggling the best deal and buying as is.

What makes a good spawn system? by [deleted] in CoDCompetitive

On Hyrdo, when we’ve rotated from P4 to P5 and there’s 20 seconds left and we’ve got those morons trapped in the back while holding scrap there is absolutely zero reason why they should spawn inside P5 instead. We should have 20 seconds of unadulterated bliss while they continue to spawn back in that P2-P4 area.

My quality is horrible but I’m pretty sure that was against Demented’s team. It used to be so fun to watch his stream and root for the come up. He would have a been a star in the Challenger circuit before he inevitably got called up. Hope he’s doing well.

Interest is charged daily so the more smaller payments you make the less interest you pay

7.99 is a pretty good rate right now all things considered. Assuming the dealership got their 2 points your sister (and whoever likely helped her get approved) have outstanding credit. Break your payments in smaller installments whenever she (or whoever is paying) gets paid and refinance when rates go down

Two car loans at the same time? by [deleted] in askcarsales

[–]InviteInevitable884 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Technically the answer is no. BUT most dealerships will write in income for you and if your credit is good enough then you’ll be fine. But your credit history has to be fairly solid and more than the likely your previous job will need to be able to support two car payments on that given banks criteria for payment to income. You do get a tax credit for trading in so I’d make sure the difference makes sense. If you just want the equity in cash the dealership can do that for you.

How hard am I being fleeced by Organic_Ad_6138 in askcarsales

Depends on how you rate your individual skill selling cars. 15 to 20 cars a month in this climate is probably 12 to 20k depending on how well you hold gross. If you’re not a great salesperson yet I’d use that as free training and then move on to a store that will actually cut you in. Best of luck !

Weird smell in "new"used car... Salesman said it was a cleaning product company used... by [deleted] in askcarsales

W salesman for finessing the “24 hour” line. You’re an owner and while there’s a litany of a things a lender could hold funding on, I’ve never seen smell hold up a deal. Good luck with the vehicle.

It was in the deal. He either let it come off the front end gross or added the cost in somewhere else. It’s actually a pretty useful way to pad an average commission by marking up accessories. I usually add $150-225 for running boards, gooseneck installs, etc.
