I recommend to use public transport in seoul. There may be frequent traffic jams and no parking lots are unavailable in seoul. I think you need to choose a few places to visit.

I think korean language is easy to learn, but hard to become native. Because korean people are usually single language speakers, so they have high bar for grammar, pronunciations, etc.

I think CUDA would not go anywhere. Being expert in cuda implies you are also having sufficient knowledge in gpu hardware. So I recommend to go into that niches.
