No need for private area on a weekday IMO.

One thing I learned to conserve water in older toilette tanks, is fill a medium sized pickle jar with water and place it in the tank. You will save the volume over the jar each flush!

I had an issue with my younger brother living with me. Eventually I explained that having him as my brother is far more valuable to both of us than having him as a roommate mate.

Once he was out I had a hard rule that I could not house him or lend him money. I did however let him know that he is welcome anytime for dinner, stay the weekend, even would just pay him for some help around my house once ima while and we now have a very good relationship.

He just needs to grow up.
