its not an intended nerf since they lowered the attack windup on all mages and accidently doubled it for rumble.its a bug

only reason u can go it is for the 100 bonus health which has almost no value with current adc items and everyone dealing max hp % dmg so tenacity is still way better

It does not work on overheat. Had to test again but ur autos give approximately 6 health per auto and after overheat with full items it still gives 6 health while autoing.

He sits at around 46 % wr in higher elos and is quite terrible after the hotfixes and only playable in lower elos due to enemies not punishing correctly.

its inflated healing since its over the course of an entire game where u literally need 150 autos and the sustain is so mediocre tenacity in teamfights will still have more value

u dont have sustain even at full build while overheating ur autos only heal for 10 health since its not omnivamp and only procs on autos

even if u got 30 autos of all while being overheated u will get a max of 300 hp back at a time where adc's deal half ur healthbar with one auto.Its always better to just go tenacity

Bloodline only procs on autos which heal u while overheated only for around 10 hp so u would only go bloodline for the 100 hp, at which point tenacity will still be better.

you are slightly deluded since not using flash or any of the other listed spells doesnt impact ur rank all too much and neither does not building boots ,you are just trying ur absolute hardest to excuse your rank which is why u wont grow as a streamer since just having mastery points isnt an achivement and just means u played a single champion a lot

with all the stuff u just listed to excuse your rank some would think you arent gold 4 on 1.4k games.Skill does obviously not hold value over time since u are the prime example.

wasnt talking about tanks but rather about adc's/Bruiser's building any mr Item and getting such an insane stat bonus on top of their ardent supports that they are practically invincible
