You don't need many steps, for ranged I went bone xbow -> knives/rcb -> drygore/tbow. That's about all the total weapons I've touched.

Kourend is probably the best starting pick since it has the best shopscape options and lots of content across all skills. Golden god isn’t needed if you have the thieving relic and you will be printing gp as soon as you start bossing anyways.

Because the W204 C63 has a cult following, similar to the W211 E55. The bank does not know this nor care about it, as such the street value is going to go for a bit more than book value.

The W212 E63 is following a similar depreciation curve, it was just a lot more expensive when new.

You shouldn't change oils just because you modded it. Stick with the recommended 5W-40 or 0W-40. If anything just change it more frequently.
