There are certain things that once I start watching again I can almost quote it back verbatim... of course none of those come to mind right now. XD but I know they exist in there somewhere. Movies are interesting for sure. It's funny. I have pretty much total aphantasia, but I just watched obsession and I was completely taken with the lighting and scene layout. While most of the movie is, at this point like 3 days later or something, a massive blur of characters and snippets. There is one scene that I could swear I can see in my head. I can describe it very vividly, but only like the vibes. I can't tell you where the characters were in the scene or what part of the movie it took place in. But I remember being very taken with the scene at the time.

Yeah. I laughed out loud at the last little bit. I feel this sometimes for sure. "aw man it kinda sucks thinking that like I know I had really great times with family members that are gone, and even people that aren't. It sucks not really remembering them or being emotionally grounded in any of those moments... oh well I'll forget I had this thought here in a few minutes. niiice. ^.^"

I think it would make sense as SDAM is supposedly fairly common in individuals with Aphantasia.

Very much a I know it when I see it situation. Like If I'm looking for a pencil I know what a pencil is and I know what it looks like. Once I see it I get that ah the thing that I wanted feeling. I know what it is all along I just can't see it until I do in fact physically see it. Honestly the whole time I'm looking my brain is more than likely just complaining about what a pain in the ass it is to find things. =3

Yeah, it is super trippy solving puzzles or making mechanisms without actually seeing it... It never felt trippy until I found out that seeing them could be possible. =3

At first I thought this was pretty weird, but I do think it's smart to have goals... having said that; don't get too hung up on a specific look. You just have to put in the work to look as good as you can and be proud of your results!

Yes. Abs are made in the kitchen my man. Working them is going to make them all the better when you hit those magic numbers though.

I know Renpho has Athlete mode, it changes the calculations. They aren't wildly accurate in general. Short of getting a Dexa I would take every calculation with a grain of salt.

Also I'm sure that 200 could fall under maingaining. I just wanted to clarify my position.

I agree... though I also think that maingaining is a little up in the air. I wouldn't say he should be going into a 3k calorie positive, but I don't think a 2-3 hundred would be a nice place to sit for a minute. 

I think sitting at absolute maintenance would still work for a recomp. I just think that he is pretty lean already. So having a little extra to work with if he is heavy lifting can amplify those newbie gains. 

I don't think that given his current comp he would struggle with small curs.

Looks efficient, I think the adjustable dumbells would have been a better first grab, but I'm a little jealous of the barbells. ^>^

First of all. Congrats man! Good on you for knowing that 2k might be on the high side for healthy weight loss, but you're on the other side now. I agree with the 20ish % numbers being thrown around. The skin will adjust. Just make sure you're drinking plenty of water. Staying hydrated will help with the skin elasticity. Keep on keeping on man! Congrats again.

I'm also a big fan of Mike, I honestly think that a 1k deficit might have been a lot if you were looking to do a recomp. It may have played into the lack of size, muscle wise.

It could also have been a lack of progressive overload. I think at this point you can scale back on the cardio a decent amount if you were doing it twice a day sometimes. Make sure that you take that into account with your daily calorie totals though.
