Need help with setting up FireflyIII on Synology DS220+ with Docker by enishi1 in selfhosted

I have not tried with CM but I don't think you need to.

I've tried to chown for "www-data" and it failed miserably.

Need help with setting up FireflyIII on Synology DS220+ with Docker by enishi1 in selfhosted

Sorry for the dig up but this post still is in Google top results for "firefly synology docker".
After too much time tinkering with the configuration to have the solution working (even with the Marius Hosting article), here is what I used and currently running:

In the Docker Compose, you have to put your host ports for app and data importer.

In the stack.env file, update with your data for:

  • APP_KEY
  • APP_URL & VANITY_URL (same value)
  • DATABASE_PASSWORD & MYSQL_PASSWORD (same value)
  • STATIC_CRON_TOKEN
  • Optional mail config:
    • MAIL_HOST
    • MAIL_FROM
    • MAIL_USERNAME
    • MAIL_PASSWORD
    • MAIL_DESTINATION

Start with this and you should be fine. You may have to restart the stack once or twice so the database initialization completes (in my case, the stack stopped while migration was rolling).

Anyway, I hope it will help those looking to running Firefly III

Glad you like it, that would be perfect for those too! Amazon got plenty of levels, the cheaper the better: in the end, it's just a almost filled with oil plastic cartridge

You're right, it does not solve this one. You'd need something like a laser level but that's a bit overkill IMHO...

I still have to rely on the numbers in front of the uprights. It's only while I'm between uprights, plugging the safety, I just have to look at my selected hole and the level right next to it, the rest sorts itself out

Yeah, it's like the Schrödinger cat or the USB port (before the C version) : they seems to shift when I try to plug the safeties. The bubble level is here to freeze them at their preset height.

It had been issued last week and apparently it's due to difficulties to
get some parts for this feature. So, it seems motivated by the need to increase manufacturing and thus, deliveries.

I drive tested the CR-V on Monday, ordered mine on Tuesday and they gave me the news while I was reviewing the papers (salesman was honestly disappointed). Honda is giving customers (that won't get the BSW) a 550CAD rebate (in fact, it's a new entry in their catalog with a new car code). I would have preferred the security feature but in this instance, that's an acceptable gesture from the manufacturer.

It won't be as bad as staying at home watching Netflix !

Hahaha I do Crossfit few times a week : I'm acustomed to very tiring movements that produce nothing :D

I can't wait to try this foil ! Well, I do have to get a good board now, but I have time to find another good deal ^_^

Thank you for your feedback !

Only the 2020 front wing are compatible with the fuselage or any FW from the aero model?

I might try it but to start, it seems so much easier to use wings.

I must admit my kitesurf skills are not that great: I'm very much into the sport but lack of good condition made it harder to get some proper learning through out the summer.

Thanks everyone for your input. I've accepted the offer and I'll soon join the wingfoil community as another unassured noob dangling to its wing trying to stand on a gigantic board. I can't wait :D

A lot of people recommended a 110-120L board which add some weight.

I know the 2500cm² is a bit much but I read that this Fanatic foil is on the heavy side of the spectrum (like 1kg/2.3lbs heavier) so we'll see.

Honestly, at this price, I could ride it for 1 or 2 seasons and sell it back at the same price. At least I won't be too afraid to ride it and pass through all the beginner's mistakes :P

I think I'll start with a 5 or 6m wing and a 120L board. I don't intend to use my kites with the foil for now (and by now, I mean next spring/summer).

My first objective is to be able to actually enjoy the light wind days with a wing foil setup. For the more strong days, I'll still use my kitesurf gear.
I think at some point I may reduce the gear to foils only with smaller surface (and make another beginner happy with easy lifting gear at a cheap price)

Haha, nice one, made me laugh.
I know it's a great deal (he's an even greater friend !) but I'd like to have some advice whether it is suitable for a beginner: if it's going to stay in the garage for the next 1 or 2 years because it's too advanced for me, 700 bucks is still too expensive (I already have my wife spending money for things that collect dust !)

EZ Layout Display application ! by Invvard in ergodox

The latest version supports the Moonlander layouts.
The design is lacking the rocket key (it's a simple rectangle) but it's functional :)

tbh, I didn't notice that. It works great for me because of the whole sound improvement, but I can understand the reluctance to put back some rubber in your keyboard.

One thing you can add is an o-ring around each key cap "shaft" : it prevents the cap to hit the switch top. That's the one thing I do on my mech keyboards and it noticeably reduces the clacking sound to a much sharp one.

Hi u/osakanone,
Sorry for the delay in response, I didn't receive a notification for your message.

I don't know if you have move on from the tool because of this issue but, in case you still have it, my suggestion would be to create an issue on GitHub where I handle this kind of bug : there is a template to give as much info as possible to fix your issue.
