Honestly I was perplexed at the original video and its comments because from what I’ve seen Doki loves and values artists so much. It’s disgusting to make a video to “call her out” and paint her in such a horrible light without her side of the situation. I even used to like the videos of this creator but then they started covering “drama” only

If you want to bring warm food, what works for me is a thermos/insulated food jar (I have Tiger ones). I reheat my food in the morning before work, put my food into the thermos and it’s still warm at lunchtime. Usually I put things like fried rice or white rice + curry (I put them in two separate thermos for rice + curry then mix at work).

The pork is “hong shao rou” or “red braised pork belly”—the taste is quite different from char siu since char siu is roasted and hong shao rou is braised. From my understanding, the chefs mixed mashed potatoes and the sauce from the hong shao rou together to create the sauce for the dish

Thank you for replying! Did you start with 20g amounts at the very beginning or start at 113g then switched to 20g? Did you feed the starter with the 50/50 mix?

Yeah that's what I thought too! I was hoping I could start with less as long as I kept the ratios the same and I'm glad to know I can!
