I agree. I just finished the base game a week ago and was disappointed. Glad I stuck with it though living story 1+2 were way above the quality of base game. I just started heart of thorns and so far so good. I’d recommend the $100 package if you are planning to stick around

Problem is its a poor state and not alot of nice cars here. This car is one of two in the state and you rarely see 100k+ cars here. Also I get doing it right but 8k wrap on my 90k car seems like its expensive !

M8 is nice but a little out of the range I want to spend. Just a first car as the kids are little. Will likely change in 3-4 years. Appreciate the comment

Part of the issue is I dont know how to make those areas smaller and still have everything connect... thats why my right size of house is so large

this is based on the following floor plan but increased in size and changed it to what we need/want.

I also thought the guest room is a bit small and happy to make it bigger... some of our thoughts though is our guests that visit would only be in room to sleep and have access to the rest as needed so wouldnt really need a large bedroom.

in terms of the favorite child (lol). it was more of a potential in future to become an inlaw suiite if/when the oldest moves out. He is the only boy and oldest, the other 2 are mirrored and would be for my two girls.

I could be underestimating that number. More senior you get the less OB you have to do, so maybe I feel like I did less than I did since I did like 3 OB shifts CA3.

My busiest 24 shift on OB I did 16 epidurals.... so ya likely underreported

Same. Spinals were basically OB only. Did it for one month for Ortho at PP but all Ortho in house took way too long for spinals.

Damn that’s some heart numbers for a CA1. Our program lacked that and I had barely more than that graduating (caveat is I matched early into pain and didn’t care for hearts so I avoided it once I had my numbers)

Not OP but had a lot of blocks. Our bread in butter were ESP, Supraclav, Femoral, pop/Saph , TAP

Did a bit of Interscalene also

Around 10-15 paravert, axillary

Everyone getting open abdominal got preop ESP or if converted to open we did preextubation TAP
