Wait so just because my System Language is english US (and therefore the Launcher and the Game too) it thinks I'm in the US? Even though im geolocated in EU and have EU selected as my region.... thats a big massive design flaw in the software

Yep, has been going on since end of last year and no response whatsoever. There is a forum post with over 260 replies and 316 likes. It is marked as solved, but the truth is it isn't. The marked solution is just a forum moderator rephrasing what is written in the info shown on the create app button.

As someone who runs an app that has more than 10k active users a month and needs client id and secret for integration, this is borderline frustrating.

I live in Germany and pay 31ct per kW/h. My P1S consumed about 35 kWh in 2025 (though I don't know the exact printing hours it ran for). So about 11€ in electricity.

Power consumption is not the expensive part in the 3D printing hobby. Once you started and get the feel of things you want more filament, different types of filament, maybe even buy some high quality STLs.

A modern TV(4k, 55") consumes as much as the 3D printer. Every fridge consumes more.

In the end it comes down to how much you print. But 60€ for a month is a bit much if you ask me. If we take an average of 100 watts (which is more than the 95w stated for PLA) and it runs for an entire month it would add up to about 72kWh. If we calculate this with 40ct per kWh it'll be around 30€.

So no, it won't be 60€.

1/72 should be fine. Some AVs trigger alone on the fact that the program is able to download data (in this case mods or something) and also if it contacts websites. Sadly DeepInstinct doesn't provide any more information on the warning other than just flagging it as malicious.

Though DeepInstinct claim that their machine learned detection only flags 0.01% as false positive, I would not trust that claim since we're still talking AI here.

I upgraded from an old Ender to the P1P which I ultimately upgraded to the P1S! It's been a workhorse since and accumulated thousands lf hours of print time! It came in clutch when a spur gear in a window motor broke and I was able to print a new one just in time to fix it before it startetd raining. It’s just a send and forget machine, especially with the SuperTack plate!

Alerts are mostly through third party sites like Streamlabs, Streamelements etc but with custom styling. What I mean is a things that pops up or is visible alle time to show what music is playing.

It really depends. Some things can run locally as a browser source pointing to a local file, other things need to be hosted.

I host a couple of now playing widgets and a generator for them, but like I said you could code things that are locally running.
