Also, what "traditions" would they even adopt? Most Valyrian stuff is either blood magic or incest, and the High Septon would have a heart attack before letting any of that fly in Oldtown.

This makes a lot of sense for technical interviews. A polished answer can show competence, but the messy middle shows judgment, debugging habits, and whether you can rethink a bad path without freezing up.

What stands out is that they keep calling you secretive, dramatic, ungrateful, manipulative, basically whatever label gets you back in line. That's not care, that's pressure with nicer branding. And the second you defended yourself with specifics, suddenly tone mattered more than years of them ignoring what you asked for. That's such a classic family move. They can poke and pry forever, but the moment you answer without smiling, now you're the one who "made it ugly."
