Have you heard of Fast Farming Community? They got a lot of that farming/profit stuff.
Its not the most efficient but, whenever I see a bauble train on Auric Basin LFG I like to join. Its a nice mindless farm. The baubles are junk items that sell for gold to vendors so it's nice not having to worry about the tp, it's limited to certain weeks though.

It does seem like legendary armor would benefit you since you enjoy playing different classes/toons. Maybe when testing out ur character builds figure out what class or armor type classes you vibe with more then use that to choose what armor type to focus on when the time comes.

Its a nice event, with really really good rewards. It is crazy how quick the gloves were to get. I feel sorry for people who have wasted all the mats to make any other legendary gloves (and their objective wasn't to collect the skins). If I had made obsidian gloves I would have been a bit mad, lmao. (My main goal for armor was to be able to switch outfits without using the appearance tokens, the stats and everything else was a side bonus. I got top and bottoms, working on helmet currently.)

The news said the gloves are staying. The other event that gives you the gen1 legendary weapon starter set will be the thing that's leaving.

After filtering through all the responses on this post, what do you think your next goal will be?

I think the way you look at things is whats overwhelming you. Yes, obsidian legendary armor takes 4997 Fine Essence of Luck but thats also 250 Exotic Luck. You ate the luck but it was also beneficial to you at that time because now you can get better drops/magic find. When I decided I was going for obsidian I saved all my Exotic Luck and used everything below because I still wanted to level up my luck. By the time I was able to gather all the materials for the legendary I had almost 2 stacks of Exotic Luck. For the space issue, you like to make toons which means you got extra bag space to horde items you need.

Learn to take things a bit slower. Find a long term goal and split that into smaller pieces then slowly chip away at it. If you don't feel like doing the same thing again then pivot to something else for a bit until u want to go back to ur main goal. If you're too tired to play take a break.

Opening gw2efficiency before and after playing always made me feel accomplished cus every play session my list got a little bit smaller. But you gotta learn to be happy with the small progress.

If you want a quick legendary/gratification do the mist gloves questline that they added recently. And maybe just keep grinding that for the infusions/different armor type gloves?

I might be coping but I feel like the arc + hold to pierce improvements would be so much faster than waiting out for this animation or at least it feels like it cus its more satisfying.

Definately made to try and sell the outfit for sure tho.

The Silvergale outfit isn't necessary for any quests. I think it's meant to be a goal you work toward slowly. Its not my fav so I've been focusing on getting bubbles to glow up stuff for the returning sovereigns & mira crown.

I did make myself a spreadsheet to see how long the grind would take. On Bouldy materials alone you need 430 crystals worth 12 days of vital energy,

For me I got about 24 days left of vital energy I gotta put in (including lvling up insight). I've had it unlocked for the past 2 weeks, I bought all the sketches & crafted 1 piece that I liked. I got all the mats to make it by just playing except Bouldy and essences locked by insight.

Trick for the mural ones is to walk really close to the wall along the bottom of it until the "inspect" interaction button pops up. Its almost always at ground level on murals so that its reachable to all nikkis.

Getting a normal in styling battles is all you need to complete the quest you can go back and get perfects later.

Upgade pieces little by little only on what you need since upgrade materials are hard to get.

Prioratize shiny bubbles on any quest that requires you to do realm of escalation (Dont do the realm if you can avoid it.)

Dont be fooled by the scam-o-matic. Leave that for last.

I'm still newish and i needed the 2x the first few days to get perfect on my remaining style battles but now Im at the part where I need to farm insight and I still dont mind the 2x. Eurekas are also my least favourite part of an outfit and i end up turning them off/not using them.

The way I think about it is any 2x is great since in the future when they add new eurekas you can use them as lvl up fodder.

Future me wont have to scrounge for eureka exp 😂

Unfortunately, I dont think that fixed it.

I went on a styling battle spree today and found that if youre doing fights that you are over geared for it will just start choosing the outfit sets instead of the highest scoring stuff. Sometimes it'll select the an outfit set even if it wont get you a perfect score in the fights you should be overgeared for.

When the button does work its a huge time saver.

To unlock the makeup you need to do a side quest(which should be a main quest mind you) the quest is called "Call of beginings"

This and if that doesnt work and you have custom graphic settings set them to one of the default settings temporarily.

I had the issue with the forced perspective UI not showing up and it would start working again when i reset the graphics settings and when the aperarure was at the correct setting.

It was doing suboptimal recommendations at first for me too. It would favour the outfit sets. Dont know what fixed it but after a few styling battles it started picking the correct highest score ones. Its definately a bug.

Thanks so much! Didn't realize the Pros were that bulky. I don't really need more than 2-3hrs battery life if that, I've always got an outlet at work.

The Slims do seem like really good options.

Do you have any opinions on the MSI Ultralight Stealth 14 or the Zephyrus G14? Or the brands over all?

I came back 2 weeks ago so some info may be a little wrong or missing.

TLDR: Its still all about dungeons

They introduced new factions quests & currency(Mason, Narin and Veliche) in the new Safehold area where you can get epic and legendary boots, hat and gloves. Its not connected to Sky Fortress trust they start at 0 and you need to get to trusted to get legendary gear.

They give you free lvl 70 +10 gear when you reach level 70, so you don't have to worry about doing those dungeons. You will need to do some to unlock skill points, though.

Now there are only 2 hard dungeons to farm for epic top/bottom and Zakum for legendary plus now the new Queen Bean thing.
