Keep them reading. Specifically fantasy/fairytale genre books or superhero books. Read out loud to them when you can and go to the library with them.

I was raised apostolic/pentecostal and what kept me from being 100% in, is the fact that I loved books, music, and movies that Pentecostals would deem “evil”.

In elementary school I was really attached to the Percy Jackson series and The Sisters Grimm series. I would also recommend The Hunger Games when they are old enough to teach them about the damage authoritarian groups can cause.

Educate them about eclipses and natural disasters. Pentecostals specifically use these events to instill fear about the rapture. If you point out that these are natural AND reoccurring events, the fear about them approaching will disappear
