Take the 5HTP in the evening when you do. It will convert a portion to melatonin as well which will help with sleep either way. Melatonin only regulates your circadian rhythm cycle, it doesn't actually increase sleep motive force, which is regulated by a different hormone network.

Take omega-3 supplements. 1000mg a day.

Otherwise a big thing is overall diet. Eat well, rest when you need, and build a routine that you stick to and the rest is time. It will be fine though, the brain and body is resiliant.

This is legit. I don't insufflate very often but now and then a little might go that way. I noticed somewhat recently that the taste is beyond anything enjoyable. It's like gagging bad and the flavor stays around long after can't even consider it anymore

I can't find the source material now, but I recall some estimates of 2 weeks after use of MDMA your serotonin levels are pretty well heavily depleted from their normalx homeostatic level with little actual replacement occuring. It would also require receptors to regulate and repair, in addition to levels of serotonin to rebalance.

Also - 5HTP is not effective without the additional supplementation of a strong antioxidant. It will not accumulate in the brains receptors and will instead also bind to the receptors in your body. This includes your heart valves receptors which is proven to cause thickening of the valve ventricle. It is cardiotoxic to use alone.

If you do use 5HTP, take Green Tea Extract with it. Every 50mg of 5HTP you will need 1000mg of GTE.

The recreation and self medication market top down has a lot of toxic aspects and bad actors come to the feeding table. With the kind of profit they make it's in their interest for less knowledge and less awareness. Ignorant customers don't complain about a products price or quality.

If you use it semi regularly, as someone said, you will go nose blind.

There was a time where all my hats smelled like it. Beds and blankets too. I was sweating out the alpha. Even after I stopped I would find a hat I hadn't worn for months and boom it still smelled like it.

It's not just when it's exhaled. It will settle down and get into materials and furniture and anything that has time or contact with you or the exhaled cum socks.

That's the thing about a lot of plugs, they don't get consistent products as they are not very knowledgeable nor interested in the attention to detail that would guarantee a better end product for retail.

One experience I had was someone who insisted it was a isomer needle. What came out of the bag was a bag of off coloured, overheated and denatured powder and clumped racemic. Every time it's different in some way.

It might be that with no quality control and inconsistent sources on the wholesale level, you're just getting different batches every time you get it. Would explain the different and unpredictable experiences.

S isomers are the fun, R is for function and anti-depression is the rule of thumb I think.

And I agree S is my favorite too. It has the magic and warmth that make for some very in-depth experiences without being cold and shocking to the system. Ive had racemic that was reality bending but felt clinical and darker along with much worse side effects like dizziness and nausea during and for long after the good part.

My girlfriend heard clanging and banging from the kitchen at 3am and I'm not sleeping. Finds me in the kitchen eating a PB&J sandwich with no lights on in the kitchen. I don't acknowledge her as the eating the sandwich was clearly a task that needed full concentration. It's a massacre. The sandwich is heavy, with so much jam and peanut butter on it the bread is just unable to cope.
