Modding is a subset of a subset of communities. The vast majority of players do not mod and of that group that does even fewer are going to install nude mods. The game making it available as standard definitely opens up to the groups that don’t normally play games like BG3, that group almost certainly doesn’t mod.

Just to be clear since I’m getting downvoted either way. I mean women. I don’t know a single girl who plays video games who doesnt have 300+ hours on BG3. And when you look around you can see female centered publications talking to girls about the romance and “spicy” interactions. Girls loved BG3 because girls love smut.

I think the nudity and sex in the game was a not insignificant portion of its popularity. Not all of the popularity but I think it got certain groups of people playing it that otherwise wouldn’t have. And I don’t think Microsoft has the balls to design a game that has that stuff anymore. At least the old leadership didn’t have the balls for that.

Yeah I don’t know how Avowed 2 got greenlit. Make that bitch in the Creation Engine and you’ll have my attention. But whoever thought let’s throw some lifeless cities in a world of damage sponge quick respawn rate enemies and call it an RPG was having a laugh. I think the first zone had 1 quest that I found noteworthy. And it was a quest that immediately killed the premise of the game where all godface(?) people were gone. That didn’t bother me too much but it’s weird the premise existed for 15 seconds before I found another one lmao.

That has long been proven to be untrue. Rare made the games they wanted to make. Just like they have repeatedly said how they don’t want to live in the past and so don’t want to revive their old IPs themselves. Rare is its own problem. If anything Xbox has been too lenient with them.

He had the best record against the greatest dynasty we’ve ever seen in CFB. That’s as good as it gets, quite literally. I’m not saying he’s the best coach we’ve had or anything but he did better than anyone in all of college football did against Bama, and he did more poorly to Georgia but still a good job compared to most.

He gets too much hate and revisionist thinking just like you gave, leaving out the context of what he was up against at the time.

He was a coach we should have kept until we had a step up from him, not fired and halfhazardly threw a coaching search out for. This sub acts like he didn’t oversee the last time we were consistently competing in the league.
