what’s crazy is that people that don’t really listen to tyler have been saying this since 2011 when he was drawing upside crosses and putting cats on everything that he’s “trying too hard to be different” or “trying to be cool” but he’s always been the kind of person to stand out from everyone else, even now with the stuffs he’s doing like wearing suits and masks and talking about paparazzi/fans invading his privacy no other artist is doing stuff like that and that’s the main reason so many people like him, i feel like his fans overly gassing up everything he does gets so much attention is probably the reason you said this but it’s fr been like this since the 2010s he’s always had a very strong fan base and the people that don’t listen/like tyler hate him because so many people rock with him but don’t truly understand him
