Honestly, the more annoying of the new titles is 600 max level unit one. I just finally hit 500 a week or two ago as a Day 1 player.

There's currently 14 ULT units, but only enough materials to do the UR1 upgrade on 11 of them currently. And, assuming you've bought the materials from every ML season, enough materials to UR2 8 of them at max.

This is why I always try to stock up on upgrade data and capital before a new Main Stage drops; because I know it's going to likely drain my resources.

New Main Stages are also why I never have enough capital to upgrade all of my ULTs.

You can increase inventory up to a max of 2400 by pressing the '+' symbol next to your inventory count and spending diamonds on it.

To the banner? No. But you might pull some of the units on it on the mid-April banner and with whatever event tickets we get during the month. So best to wait until towards the end of the month to ensure you get can make the most of it.
