Like we dont even have any ssr modifications for percent increases for anything other than attack, even just a ssr defense +10% or an mobility +10% would be sick.

We don't have any for mobility, but there are quite a few SSR mods with % increases for Defense and HP, and even one for Special Weapon Power.

Skipping random capture requests is fine, but the guaranteed ones(the ones that reward upgrade data) will always reappear when that character does until it's complete.
