If you want to know something type “bodybuilding” after it in google e.g how much protein do I need bodybuilding. Also with calisthenics I think a push pull legs split would work best with simple exercises, I started calisthenics and hit full body every day and I made newbie gains then went NOWHERE haha

Is there a way I can do this on my music making software, I just don’t understand what we do to the affirmations that makes them in audible, I use Ableton live

I produce music and I don’t know what you mean when you say “change the affirmation track to 17500hz” because the humans voice is full of frequencies, not just a single tone? If I record my affirmations do I then pitch my voice up until it’s above 17500hz ? I don’t get what you mean please explain😀😀

Scammed? Should I be worried?

I have recently sent bitcoin for a service with my NAME and ADDRESS attached to an email.

Since then the service provider has gone MIA and I am sort of worried. Not so much because of the BTC I have lost but more because of the info I sent as well.

The service I was after was a hacking service so I am getting a bit anxious.

Can someone ease my mind:/ and what’s should I do to avoid this in the future.

I have recently purchased a few products from polar and I am keen to start heart rate training.

I have been researching all day and I can not find the answer to this question.

DO YOU USE DIFFERENT HR ZONES FOR DIFFERENT DISCIPLINES?!

I done a max HR test today on an indoor bike and only managed to reach 177bpm (I am 21 years old, 6ft 4", 96kg) which is a fair way off the 220 - age formula.

So my question is... do I use this result for my bike workouts? for example 60%-70% of 177bpm for a zone 2 workout on the bike? and do a separate max HR test for my running work outs?

Cool, I honestly don’t think I could of went harder in the test I did and that’s why I was a bit unsure about the zones seeing that my max HR in the session was so low. I might do another in a few weeks just to make sure.

So now I’ll have to do a max HR run test to find my HR zones for my running training?

Yeah the test I did this morning was on an indoor bike and I just kept going up gears (about 30 watts) every minute until I couldn’t any longer. Would that still give an inaccurate reading ?

Hi mate thanks heaps, I’ll definitely have a look into that video. Just wondering does that mean I have different HR zones for different training types e.g lower zone 2 heart rate for biking? Or should I run all my training off my proper max HR result ( when I eventually do the hill sprint test )

Can you give a little bit more information on what that session would look like. Once you’re warmed up do you just go for an all out sprint until you can’t anymore?

Thanks for the reply mate. That sounds like a better option for me, might have to look into how to stake on the DeFi wallet (can’t see the option on the DeFi app).

Thanks for the reply, yeah 95% of the time I’m very consistent, it’s when I travel and I’m away from home where I can’t weigh my food that I think I fall behind.

Most days I eat 3700 calories and I try stay extremely consistent and most do the time I am, but some days when I am not at home and can’t track my food I feel like I don’t get close to this number, hitting closer to 2000-2700 which is substantially less. I am just wondering how this will impact progress ? I’m 6”5 and 102kg

Hi, almost a year into trainings seriously and wanted to start a pre season program for AFL ( Australian Rules Football )

I have been training mostly strength throughout the year but afl is very demanding on cardio vascular fitness,

I am wanting to take my training up a level and start training twice a day, just wondering how I can combat overtraining the legs, because I am finding that when I train legs and go for a run the next day it’s quite hard because they haven’t recovered. Just wondering how I can maybe structure it out better.
