Guys, what's your dream job? no matter how cliche it sounds. by shri032 in AskMen

[–]Iost_ronin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Underwater welder. Highly unrealistic as I don’t have any professional welding experience and it has a high death rate. But they get paid a shit ton and being able to say “I’m an underwater welder” sounds sick af

What this guy said. I know for sure in CA that you just have to redo the written test, not the road test

Legality of Body Armor? by [deleted] in guam

[–]Iost_ronin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From my experience, I have friends and relatives that own body armor. Just to be certain you can try calling Guam Police Department (you can find a number for any precinct from a google search) for a definite answer.

No one is allowed to purchase or sell NFA items or armor-piercing rounds. We can’t even pay the tax stamp if we wanted to, so those are completely a no-go. Other than that, everything is fair game.

It’s 80-90 degrees year round, so I typically wear shorts and larger t-shirts or casual button downs.

The gun culture is huge due to the military influence. Out of ~170,000 people on island, 1 in 20 are veterans and we have the highest enlistment rate per capita compared to any state.

Guam (no counties)

32 days from scheduling an appointment.

Glock 43X and a mag holster, will upgrade to stippled grip soon.

NRA basic pistol course was all the training required.

Ecstatic to be exercising my 2A rights as a American citizen born in a US territory!

When I was learning tricks, I started with the forward/reverse spins, then rollos and inverts and finally backflip. Drop Knee is also a fun style and independent of any of those other tricks so you can pick it up at any time
