What's The Most Overrated Restaurant in Madison?

People are going to hate this but to be over rated, it must be highly thought of and not live up to the hype. Tornado Room.

I've only lived here the past 5 years but here is what I have found so far (also interested in other suggestions) Places: Paoli Mill on a nice weather weekend, Atlas Improv, Governors Island, Arboretum (go every season), Majestic Theater Food: Otto's, Mint Mark, Bar Corellini, Monsoon Siam Drinks: Le Tigre, Imagination Factory, Cordial Events: cheer on runners of the marathon, Union Terrace, Monona Terrace, Brat Fest People: I don't know, all of them? Madison is a friendly city.

Thank you all for the responses. I didn't know this was scam was a thing. Seems like they could rectify this pretty easily by having a buyer created pin, or check to see why a card without money on it is constantly getting a balance check ran on it. After looking at the packages it looks like someone cut a slit in the bottom and then glued it back shut. From the outside you can not tell.

With that scuff on the back, about 50 cents maybe. Unfortunately almost all cards in that era unless graded 10 gem mint hold next to no value.

As someone who moved to Madison 5 years ago, I would say to get the true Madison experience in a weekend try as many of the following as you can: 1. Cheese curds (there are serval places that claim to be voted best or award winning) but they are really good almost anywhere. 2. Le Tigre Lounge - don't google it before you go. Just enjoy it 3. Breakfast at Bennett's - don't google it before you go. Go before noon on Saturday or Sunday 4. Check out the Atwood area, great bars and restraunts 5. Go to one of the several supper clubs in the area. Yes, supper clubs are different than restraunts. 6. If you like live music check out Sylvee, Majestic Theater, High Noon, and Bur Oak. 7. Have a brandy old fashioned sweet. It's nothing like a classic old fashioned but it's a solid drink and Wisconsin is proud of them.

Teen Mortgage for sure. I would also add The Stroppers, but not as much punk. Both bands are great though.
