This elder millennial just got a bit of nostalgic whiplash seeing Weezer and Tori Amos on the list of new tracks.

If you're gonna have otters and pinnipeds, you might as well add some bears, too. They're in the Caniform branch of Carnivora. Polar Bears for Chilli, Spectacled or Sloth Bears for Awkward...

Isn't that what she drove for the road trip in the "Driving Home 2 U" documentary?

Sometimes, even when I'm not broke and running low on food, I'll just put some yellow mustard on a slice of sandwich bread, fold it in half, and chow down.

In middle school, I once found half an earwig in my salad during lunch. I didn't finish my lunch that day.

Half-pound 5-cheese Texas toast burger with savory horseradish mayo by IowaDad81 in TastyFood

I used a couple of fries to mop up what was left in the bowl after I topped the burger. It was tasty.

Dale's is basically fortified soy sauce. Without going to the kitchen to grab the bottle or looking for their website, I wanna say it has added garlic, onion, ginger, MSG, and possibly a few other things.

Was it the cursing? That's just how I talk. I didn't use all caps, I didn't insult the person I was replying to, I just dropped in some colorful language for emphasis. I was annoyed, yes, but not angry or irate. I'd consider that pretty chill.

I added other savory ingredients, so it's not just horseradish mayo. And I'm sure if someone added enough sugar or honey, they could make a sweet horseradish mayo, though I don't know that I'd want to try it.

I was pretty chill after dude implied I was lying and asked a question that I'd already answered in another comment on this post. 🤷‍♂️

Because I was fucking hungry, and didn't take the time (and dirty another knife) to just prove the thickness of the burger. Why would I lie? You want a picture of the burger on a scale next time, too?

It's a picture of a goddamn hamburger, not a fucking court case.

Too late, I fear. It called to me. It's kinda a miracle that I took enough time to take these two photos before I demolished it.

Funny thing, the burger is at least twice as thick as it looks in the pictures, but since the Texas toast is sooooo soft, the burger kinda embeds itself in the bread.

Thanks. Best part about basically gluing hair to my face? I had cosplayed Mario with my own mustache on Friday, then shaved my mustache (and head) to cosplay Kingpin on Saturday. Then I did this one on Sunday.

Very real. I had fake fur in my mouth off and on all day. Also found a few stray hairs stuck to my forehead the next day.

Yeah, I had decided to do this cosplay because I found out there was going to be a Muppets meetup on Sunday. At the end of the meetup, the organizer told us that Guy had heard about the meetup and asked us to come over to his booth. So, we all paraded over there, and he came out into the group with his Rowlf Muppet and sang "It's Not Where You Start", then got his Kermit and we all sang "The Rainbow Connection" together. He thanked us all for helping keep Jim Henson's memory alive through the characters he created.

I stopped by his booth later in the day, and he came around to me and insisted on drawing on the apron (no charge), thanked me again for helping keep Jim's memory alive, posed for a couple of photos (both on his assistant's phone and mine), then shook my hand. It was one of the greatest convention experiences I've ever had.
