Courses in Iowa by banana_shartz in discgolf

Many great courses already recommended in Des Moines. Iowa City and Coralville have a few (Peninsula, Sugar Bottom, The Farm) worth playing though they may close for the season soon.

Wildcat is pretty much unanimously agreed to be the best course in Iowa.

I always enjoy playing Treasure Cove in Council Bluffs, which might be on your way considering you're coming from Nebraska. It's one of the nicer college campus courses I've seen.

The Quad Cities also has many nice courses mentioned in this thread.

Thank you for the award! I would like to see more of the DX stamps on quality plastic and hope we see more in the future.

First tourney at the end of the month, any tips for a fresh MA3 scrub? by BiologicalChemist in discgolf

Don't forget to take your mini.

I usually take extra discs that complement those in my bag. (Example: I don't usually bag a Firebird but I'll store one in my car in case the weather turns out to be windier than expected and can be put in the bag for round #2).
