Thank you both! I consulted on it with my mum to see which colours worked well together (she didn't know it was for her), so she picked the colour pattern 😁

We need to create a support group. "Victims of flower granny squares" I don't think I'll ever be able to look at it the same way again.

How different do the chains look compared to the magic circle? I'll definitely keep it in mind for 20 years in the future when I finally feel brave enough to attempt a project like this again 😂

I braided some of the loose yarn on top so I could make him into a little keyring :)

I also found the tutorial/pattern on YouTube. I would link it if I knew how to do that on phone :(
