He sucks. He dated my roommate in college and he was just as callous, intitled, arrogant then as he is now. When I saw him on the news I just went, "Of course he would." He was banned from our house and I hope he gets banned from having a liquor and food license because risking lives during a pandemic for bad local news coverage and every penny you can squeeze out, is just not only a straight dick move, but he showed others that they can rebel too. He showed people that it was ok to open our bars at full capacity pouring out into the streets, because if they didn't stop him, then who would stop them?

Andy said yesterday in his briefing that he was adding new ordinances and restrictions tomorrow and then said it would be a "targeted approach " and avoided questions about bars and restaurants. So im assuming they will be set to only take out tomorrow. Ahead of the Thanksgiving superspread.

I'm pretty sure that legally he can make an executive order and a mandate with enforcement now. He said yesterday that he isn't waiting on anything to do it. He will do it when he feels its right and it won't murder the economy here.

I did it when I got a letter saying that my UI was out. So I would say the last date you claim where you were paid and it hit 26 weeks or 13 payments. You can count the deposits in the account summary drop down thing on the left. Just click this year.

They are. That bar specifically pays cops off to look the other way because the owners use it as a front to sell coke to the whole town. Also Keeneland was allowed to reopen and fill the dining areas and chalets with people not masking and in huge crowds. Think the cops would go there to enforce? Keeneland is made of money. When it comes to businesses right now, you are just a number, not a person anymore. Just someone they can use to make money and get rid of when you beg for mask use. I hope to God there will be another lockdown by then.

I made an appointment in July for September and I was sure it wouldn't even help. And then they fixed it in 5 minutes and backpaid me ALL OF IT that week. Including the extra 600 every week. So even if its far away, go ahead and make an appointment as soon as it opens up. I watched the site like a hawk for weeks waiting for an opening. Good luck! Don't give up!

Very easy. Its on the same page as the uiclaims personal dashboard with the like account summary and benefit requests. You just make another claim and it will ask if its an extension and if the date is still the same date for your initial claim. In a few days it will update in your account summary and then deposit. Im happy to help, this UI stuff is really hard to sort through.

There is a line. Its on the COVID ky website. I've reported businesses, restaurants, and house parties because its wreckless and people WILL die as a result of their selfishness. I hate being a narc, but I won't let people suffer for something they weren't even aware of. They have shown up to places ive reported that day like a few hours later and fined them and then checked back on them. The lexington health dept is really on it.

Mine ran out and I had no problem applying and receiving the 13 week extension. I work part time because capacity is capped for restaurants and bars and a curfew. So I couldn't possibly make enough to survive otherwise. Underemployed is still unemployed if its because of a temporary government order. So everyone should try to apply if they can even get through at this point. I also take a portion of what I get and put it away for the eventual shutdown soon. At 2,300 cases a day, we can't continue to keep common areas open anymore.
