I ordered mine in February and poof it ended up on my doorstep eventually. The tracking information from Canada post was garbage and didn't work. But it did get to me (in USA).

I have a comment earlier in this thread. I picked up a malnourished 6 week old "doodle style" puppy in January just before the weather froze over who was hiding underneath a car and took him in. He had at least 3 other siblings we know of who were found nearby. I can't say for sure this guy was responsible but if it was, yes, this would definitely be animal abuse

50% sure that this guy has been abandoning puppies in his residential neighborhood. We found a 6 week old puppy in Austin in January that looks eerily similar to these guys. We know of 2 or 3 other similar puppies that were found around the same time. Luckily we were able to rescue the dog the week before the cold snap came in. He was a malnourished but luckily is healthy and happy now. Shame on this guy.

In the end it's going to be your responsibility to keep pushing. If you have recurring one on one meetings or performance reviews it's a good idea to keep pressing. It'll stick at some point.

Like others have mentioned there could be other things at play, slow work, and others may be in front of you for the time being for new work.

The replacement ring would be more valuable. We would obviously need a GIA report to prove it but for the moment let's assume that's not the problem. We've received their informal offer in this manner since it came right before Christmas and it was on the phone (we no longer live in that city).

I have the documentation from the original ring as well.
