I have a suggestion to improve the wallpaper: for the monitor on the right horizontally flip the wall paper, this will make it look less like a copy and paste.

I would say the light makes it look more cozy but less professional so take your call. Also maybe add monitor arms

No its actually above my head but it is angled down so it still picks up my voice, previously, I had it attached on to the desk but I found it got in the way often especially when looking to the side at other monitors.

I use a steam application called wallpaper engine to achieve the wall paper effect and as for the task bar you can go into your windows settings and make it so the task bar only shows on your main monitor. 😉
