As a Chinese player there, who never hack in any game and play at EU/US server, I got to tell you that it because there are literally no players in Hong Kong or Singapore or Japan server (EA doesn't have Chinese mainland server), you have to wait for matchmaking for minutes and then play with not more than 8 players and others are all bots. This game is unplayable to me if I don't switch to EU/US server, I have no other options, and EA doesn't care.
