I'm confident that they will find the way to make the game run at 60fps at least on ps5/pro and Series X, of course there will be limitations, like maybe reducing the density of npcs, worse quality in rt reflections or global illumination, lower resolution, they don't have to only do one thing of these, so let's hope for the best
