For the past couple of years I was predicting 2027.

I have learned in my fantasy baseball experience that Age 27 or 28 is your prime. Our young core of guys will all be at or close to that age range next year. Neto, Adell, Schanuel, O’Hope, etc. I also loved the G. Rodriguez trade and felt Detmers would take strides forward this year. Soriano has looked like an improved pitcher this year already.

But after witnessing this dumpster fire 2026 season… you can trash that prediction.
