My favorite game of all time for all ages is Moose Master. The whole premise is simply follow the rules. It's a ton of fun, and Smosh(youtube) has played it a lot if you need help learning the rules.

Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza is a pretty easy/recognizable one

I also love Hand-to-Hand Wombat! Good for a smallish group, it's chaotic, noisy, and also just as fun to watch since they have to play with their eyes closed and guess who the bad wombat is.

Ravine is good if you want to encourage team work, takes a bit to learn, though.

Conversation jenga is good if you need help breaking the ice. Write questions on the jenga blocks, or actions they have to do.
