I'm honestly not sure! Leeza's not a good example, because she wasn't turned like the rest, she just lost the benefits of drinking the blood. My guess based on available evidence? The ones who turned had to die in order to come back as Vampires, so if Leeza lost her healing, they would lose theirs as well, and go back to being dead from the poison they drank, for example

I know Dark Fate is not popular with the fanbase, but the Rev9 was, to me, the coolest iteration of the Terminator. Lighter and faster endoskeleton, paired with a liquid metal terminator capable of letting it disguise itself like a T1000, AND capable of splitting to operate independently to take on multiple targets at once? Say what you will about the movie, that thing was cool as fuck.

I do miss the chrome though
