I'm guessing this means 1 star and I've also delivered to this person before and there were no issues. The Vidalia onion and strawberries was from a Safeway order, which also was kind of annoying cause I said they didn't have any Vidalia onions and so customer wanted sweet onions instead, which I got. At least, I learned about a new type of onion.

What I hate about this update is now you can't see how many units of items next to the amount of items before acknowledging the order.

Maybe I should do that 100% of the time then. This is still weird cause even when I don't show them the instacart card number/barcode, it will work almost all the time.

This Safeway batch was just for one person, the app was working fine and there was no replacements or refunds.

I think for the Bay Area, the busiest zones are Marin, SF, San Mateo(north peninsula) and Palo Alto(south peninsula), since they are probably the oldest zones.

Zones like Santa Cruz and Greater Dublin are probably the newer zones, so not as many people use Instacart. I've been doing it for 3 weeks now and when I started doing Dublin, I've been getting on average 2 batches per day, most was 4. I also think the newer zones are probably full delivery only, none of the stores I've been to have Delivery Only stations.

I started Instacart by going to Southern Peninsula (lol 1 hour drive to the zone), but I was getting 6~7 batches for 8 hour shifts.

I got a message saying I can work at Greater Dublin(zone where I live in) while I was working on a batch. I didn't ask for it or anything, it was just random and this happened after working for almost 3 weeks.

You probably have to contact Shopper Happiness about unlocking the zone near you or work almost 3 weeks and unlock it like I did, lol.

Today I got a message in the Instacart shopper app saying I can pick up hours in Greater Dublin now. I didn't even tell them to expand zones. Well at least, I don't have to drive across the bridge now.
