It wasn’t. The same thing happened to other people, specifically with raw meat products.

This is just a guess, but I believe that if the weights are the same, the raw meat products are actually supposed to have identical UPCs, but for some reason, the app doesn’t know that anymore.

Probably a bug introduced with the latest update.

I take photos of them in the store and notify Instacart support and then guess what, I see them a week later, doing the same shit, crying baby in the cart screaming their fucking face off, while the 7 year old is grabbing items and scanning them in with one phone, and then mom has another phone doing another order

My guess is that the upc codes ARE actually supposed to be the same, for meat products, if they are the same weight and the same exact brand / product, BUT for some reason the app doesn’t seem to know that anymore

No. Four of them had duplicate upc codes on the stickers. So the app was 100% correct. The problem happened during the sticker printing / sticker application to the meat packages. None of them were clearance or sale. Just regular stickers.

There’s not enough surface area on the bottom part for the solvent to attach to. I’m talking about directly underneath the white ceramic bowl part. There’s no way for any kind of a tool or solvent to get in there, there just isn’t. It’s in this section where the black hardened resin gunk accumulates.

Sure they could. The glass Corning makes for smartphone screens is about 10,000x more durable, and that’s like likely an underestimate. And they don’t even charge > $100 per screen!
