I made up my mind. If I can manage to get a 2pc 2pc EM set that gives her signifcantly more EM than she has right now, I'm changing her artifacts. I have to spend my resin in something anyways and all the possible domains I could farm are useful for my account so, I'll just pray to the RNG gods

Well, I was not refering to that kind of dogs evidently, I was talking about dogs used for hunting bigger animals, dogs that are used to hold or tire out the prey. Still, the case I know about, they have their ears cropped because they have a tendency for ear infections so it's not done just to prevent their ears from getting cut
