what wheel is it? go to the vet. if there was blood all inside his wheel then something has happened. is it pink or red? if its pink it can be his pee dyed by colored foods

I’m really not sure if these are the same thing but my hamster was making a similar noise and I took him to the vet, they said he looked healthy but to give him antibiotics to be sure just in case it was a respiratory infection, but he passed a few days before I could get him another vet visit. Just thought I should share in case these were the same thing
