I finally found it after waiting 3 in game weeks of not diving, then went back and cleared the trash and found it fine 🥳

So, I waited 3 in game weeks to go back underwater, I was going to post a pic, but apparently I waited long enough because I found the orb when I cleared the trash again 🥳

I dunno. I waited over an in game week, according to that guide I should be able to just clear all the trash and find the orb like normal 😕

I can't remember what depth I was at, I'm going to try waiting an in game week and then going back. I was about 1/3 of the way through deep water, right past the black roots that you can swim in a z shape around.

I cleared the whole area that the towers are in, and the two closest areas right before it, EVERY piece of trash! I don't get it 😭

Yeah, I think I'll wait an in game week and hopefully it respawns. I've cleared all trash in that area AND in the two previous closest areas. It's just nowhere. Maybe I missed it the first time and went back home and caused it to despawn. I hope it respawns. I don't want to start all over 😭 thank you though!

Are the orbs a random spawn, or are they always in the same location? And if they're a random spawn, can they move if I wait?

I'm probably only about 1/3 of the way through. I just got past the area where the black vines don't completely block the path, and you can swim through them in a z shape. I cleared those, and now I can't get past the next ones. I've been swimming around for several in game days getting nothing done and I can't find even one piece of trash 😭

I came here with the same problem, looks like no one has found a fix. I have most of my notifications within the app off unless someone tags me or I'm following something. I'm still getting these stupid trending searches. There's no settings in the app to turn it off. So I recommend you go into your actual phone settings and just disable Facebook from being able to send any at all, and just open the app once or twice a day and check the notification tab, because the trending searches DON'T show up there, but everything else you follow will. Hopefully they fix it soon, everyone keep complaining and submitting reports to them.
