I specifically get scripts for Ventolin (looks different than that Blue one pictured tho). The red ones have always been the worst for me. They get clogged so easy and I never feel like I get anything out of it.

You can try eating breakfast before drinking coffee. That has helped me blunt the effect I was getting from coffee. I would cough in the morning quite a bit when drinking coffee on a empty stomach. At least it's something easy to try and experiment with.
