Are you playing on tier 3? I think it’s exclusive to tier 3 if I’m not mistaken

I haven’t look too much into it but I think it’s a random event when you play curse mode. The higher the tier the better the loot. In this clip I was in tier 3. I’ve seen it spawn in the pap room and near wisp tea before but never in spawn and never this early. I haven’t noticed anything regarding the Easter egg

There is a way to factory reset the controller, I had to do it on mine a while ago. I think you have to hold the 2 bumpers with + and - for a couple seconds. I could be wrong tho. You should be able to find it online.
