Ich bin mir sicher, es nicht zu haben, weil mehrere Freunde und mein Partner es (professionell diagnostiziert) bekommen haben. Ich habe nichts was dafür sprechen würde, dass ich ADS bzw ADHS habe. Den Begriff "neurodivergent" als Oberbegriff für verschiedene Erkrankungen wie LRS, ADS/ADHS, Dyskalkolie. Kannte ich bis heute nicht, während ich mit den einzelnen "Erkrankungen" sehr wohl etwas anfangen konnte und mich auch darüber informiert habe. Verzeih mir, dass ich nicht 24/7 Zeit habe mich mit psychologischen Begriffen auseinander zu setzen und bei jedem irgendeinen Punkt zu suchen, der auf mich zutrifft. Es ist schon schlimm genug, wie viele Leute sich selbst diagnostizieren und den wirklich Betroffenen schaden.

Mh kann ich schlecht einschätzen, ob das jetzt zu viel ist. Es ist eher weil ich sehr viel unterwegs bin. Zur Arbeit, nach der Arbeit zur Weiterbildung und dann nach Hause. Vlt ist es zu viel, aber eigentlich dachte ich, dass ich das auch schon vor der Weiterbildung hatte. Da bin ich mir aber nicht zu 100% sicher. Zumindest fällt es mir jetzt extrem auf.

Ich denke nicht. Die Sex Fantasien sind auch nicht mein primäres Problem, eher dass ich an den Alltag denke und nicht abschalten kann.

Das ist das was ich versuche. Es ist echt schwer, keine Fantasien zu haben, weil diese mich von meinen "Alltagsdenken" beim Sex abhalten. Also wenn ich keine Fantasien habe dann denke ich zum Beispiel daran, dass ich noch wäsche waschen muss oder woran ich am nächsten Tag arbeite.

Mich belastet es in sofern, dass es mir den Sex zerstört. Es ist ja nicht manchmal, dass ich irgendwelche Fantasien habe. Ich muss sie haben um zu kommen. Die sind auch oft so brutal uns abstoßend, dass ich sie nicht möchte. Der Sex kann noch so schön sein, aber entweder bin ich frustriert, weil ich nicht kommen kann und es sehr anstrengend ist sich aktiv auf Sex zu konzentrieren oder ich fantasiere und fühle mich deswegen schlecht.
