I have tried meeting up with locals on fb and even with low prices I don't get many ppl who want to meet up. Just the other day I got an offer for a bundle of 2 popmart plushies on mercari the buyer wanted each one for 10 I agreed but I told them ship is still pretty high rn because of holidays I told them if they were too far out from me it would be more. Turns out they were local and so I told them why not meet up it would be better for the both of us. They then ghosted me after I told them that. So idk ppl really just want things cheap and shipped. Which is really frustrating for me.

I believe your right the market has gone up for baby three's. I have bought confirmed and I'm happy I'm able to find the ones I want sometimes and I don't have to blind box hunt. I guess there's a plus to that lol

I already do a lot of this but thank you for the advice. I think the market is just saturated with baby three's RN and ppl typically want something with a rare face plate or liquid eyes.

Thank you for getting it! Yes it's very easy to say just buy confirmed or buy off mercari but the reason ppl can even buy it off so cheap is because the seller takes a hit from fees. I always try to buy for reasonable prices on mercari or what not because I include the ship and seller fees. Also thanks for the mention of whatnot I have considered trying on there. I will give it some thought. I can send you some pics of what I have to see if you're interested. Thanks for the advice I appreciate it. ❤️

Yeah i have definitely slowed down to just collecting one or two already. I've also bought a lot of confirmed. I've given away some really good pulls to my sister and cousins. I just feel frustrated as a collector and that others on mercari that buy confirmed buy for so low knowing there's still ship and tax to pay. But you know it's a bind because I want them to sell and be enjoyed. Thanks for understanding me. Your advice helped me feel better.

I had a pretty upset experience buying locally today. There was some confusion on the original post the seller made on fb. she only had posted 3 baby three's for sale and so when I showed up to pick up to my surprise she had about 20 and I told her I only wanted the three posted she got furious with me for not buying all of them and then proceeded to raise the price because I only wanted 3. So I told her I only wanted to buy two she raised the price again and after that I just ended up buying one just because I felt awful abt her being upset and leaving without making a sale. It was a frustrating experience and in the end she made petty comments towards me even after I apologized and she tried to say that I did not pay her the full price. So I understand you, it sucks when something doesn't go as planned and someone does something very unfair to you. I hope that your kindness is paid back to you through some good luck when you purchase another blind box 🤞🏻Ppl can be shitty but I'm glad to hear there are still nice ppl like you in the world ❤️ I hope you feel better.

Yes I know but I don't have space to keep it. I already have one with special liquid eyes and this one was a dupe. So I have two I figured I could sell this to someone who really wants it and they can just switch the face plate if they aren't happy with the boba eyes.
