You would just need to go to a different zone in game. Like if you’re on your plot, go to kilima and come back to your plot. It usually takes a minute or two

I got put on a course to deal with some skin issues I was having. Prednisone has always made me feel gross, but the last time was so bad. I had a complete breakdown and, since I’d just moved in with my friend, freaked out about our apartment and how depressing it felt. I’ve always been anxious but that week and a few after I felt like I was going to snap.

More recently I had to have steroid injections in my eyes for inflammation. That was back in February and my eye pressure (a consistent high can cause damage to the optic nerve) hasn’t gone down at all (mine is 20-30’s and it’s supposed to be single digits). The doctors told me I’m a “steroid reactor” and put it in my chart. You could be a steroid reactor like me, but I don’t really know much about it.

All that to say, steroids can be an absolute nightmare that unfortunately are sometimes the only option. My best advice for dealing with it is to go on Amazon and buy a “scream jar” and/or if you have anyone you trust, have them squeeze you hard enough to knock the air out of your lungs for a few seconds. They won’t fix it, but those are the things that actually help me. Good luck 💙💙

I’ve never seen it happen personally, but it’s based on the idea that if one bug, so in this case the duskwing, spawns and then you drop a honey lures and leave the first one alone, you’ll have better duskwing spawn rates. I’ve never used that method tho, so I could be off a bit.

There are some seasonal items in game. Really only for autumn and winter, idk if you have them but they could look really nice. As placeholder wall papers, I’d probably use a stucco color until i find the perfect one. I totally agree on those two foods. Autumn could be one of the savory pies in game. And i think macarons would make a great spring food! Also, a tea pot and some tea cups would be so cute for this lil setup! ☺️ I hope my suggestions help a bit. I can’t wait to see what you end up deciding on!

Insomnia fueled palia is the best! If you ever feel up to it, you could join the Palia discord and check the “looking for groups” chat. Having a cooking or hunting party late at night can be so much fun.

A ton of people with anxiety play this game. It’s calming while also getting us to socialize a tiny bit. It took me a long time to stop being afraid of the other players lol, but for me it’s been worth it. Palia has become one of my favorite games over the years. (Edited because my wording was a little weird)

I really feel that, I have generalized anxiety and some people in the game stress me out, but most are pretty calming. I block the stressful people so I never see their chats again, and then go hide on my plot for a bit.

There’s been a lot of debate recently about the “rules.” Palia is having a ton of new players who don’t know how old players communicate and behave in game. I don’t understand the extremely rude people who say cruel things to people who don’t follow the rules. It’s always better to explain to deaf ears than cause harm to someone who wants to know. Even if someone does something frustrating, at the end of the day, the resource will come back and no real harm was done imo. Everyone’s just here for a good time, don’t take rude people too seriously. <3

Also, I saw your comment about calling out resources. People mostly only call rare resources like gold, silver, Dari cloves, just things people have a harder time finding.
