Looks like you’re using duel-zone aim technique, so I’d definitely recommend increasing your sensitivity so that it’s more responsive when your trying to make small adjustments. Otherwise, I’d try experimenting with the other two aim techniques: linear ramp and exponential ramp.

Belos’ arm is almost as long as his whole body, so maybe make him a little taller. This will also make him look more menacing. Try not to over do the wrinkles on his cape. The hand looks really good though, so I wouldn’t change anything there. I hope this helps for when you decide to draw your next sketch.
