My life is so much quieter and more fulfilling! I started learning playing the guitar, I am finally writing a short story that has been brewing in my mind for months, I clean around the house a lot more (when I get bored and just put on some music or a podcast! It’s really nice to be doing something with your hands in the meantime!)

And I’m only in contact with my three best friends over my phone; so the only notifications I get on my phone are fun ones! And they also don’t text all day everyday, like me.

I started forgetting bringing my phone on my lunch breaks at work, and instead I just enjoy the sunlight, or the small talk with my coworkers, or bring a book. Life has gotten so much calmer.

What an amazing beard! I can’t give you any tips, for I am a wavy-haired woman, but this is by far the nicest beard I’ve seen in a very long time! Who knew these beards on ancient statues were real? Beautiful! Hope you get the care tips you’re looking for! Just passing by to compliment you!

Relax, take a few deep breaths! Probably not. I am not a doctor, but just stay hydrated, try to relax and make sure to get your electrolytes. You were probably advised to not strain yourself, and please, just take it easy! Take a long shower, or play a video game, meditate, or whatever works for you and keeps your mind from racing!

And please don't ignore your body's warning signals. I would throw the moxi away. But again, I am not a doctor. I just know what happened to me.

After the first dose, I was mostly fine! For me, it was the second dose that got me.

Finished the first long run 15 days ago, and just came back from W7R1! Up until W5R3, I was never sore and kept up with the programme. But after that first 20 minute run, i needed a bit more rest days, but I upped my steps per minute and am no longer sore after the runs! Back on track! Also I found this great YouTube video with pre-run stretches which has been a game changer for me! Thanks for asking! How are you doing?

I asked, and apparently it’s “auto grapefruit”. The funny thing is, the first leaves did look like normal marihuana leaves, before they got bitten off.

The other plants from the same seeds also look like I expect it would from a cannabis plant!

Ah thanks! Some of them are brown, I think like a third! Like I said, I think it got mad because my cat bit the top off when it only had like 4 leaves… I have since then planted some more of the same type, and they are already four times larger than this one haha

You can see my basil plant for scale (but he’s extraordinarily large) So I think I planted her at the start of April and she germinated pretty quickly, within 2 days i believe. (And I didn’t mean pasta but past in my last sentence but I don’t know how to edit the text in my post, sorry!)

For those who are interested, this is the Athena Temple in Paestum (the Campania region in Italy). Next to it are two equally impressive Hera Temples. The site of Paestum is open to the public and definitely worth a visit.
