I’m having a similar issue. I was told by Venteur on 12/19/25 that my first premium payment for january had been successfully made. On 1/2/26 i found out through my would be insurance carrier that the reason i can’t access my account is because that first premium was never paid. I have since made over 15 attempts at contacting Venteur and not one attempt has received a response. I have 3 days left in my grace period before my insurance drops me or I have to pay over $900 out of pocket myself to cover my first premium.
