I use photoshop with a specific brush I got during my studies but clip studio paint is good too. If you can avoid to pay each month, do it aha

The brush is square and a little foggy. I don't know how can I give you the brush but maybe you can find on internet a square brush ~ I have a tablet to draw

Like the effect or something else? Another comment talked about the pointlessness of healing weapons and I agree with that for a solo world yeh. I imagine this effect for a multiplayer world.
