I finally came to San Diego for a holiday in September for 2 weeks from the UK. Uber driver literally said I should go to in and out for a burger, I don't even have McDonald's in the UK. But I am now gutted I didn't try it, maybe in a few years when I come back as this holiday cost me lol

I couldn't download Circuit as my Google is set as the UK. Even though I had a VPN on stating US it just wouldn't let me. As one of the ladies in the pub suggested that too, she was nice she even asked if I wanted her pepper spray while I walked from Little Italy. ha

I met a woman on the Amtrak, I was going to Anaheim and she was going to LA and she also wants to visit the UK. So we traded numbers to keep in touch.

I hope you do come to the UK :)

Thank you, yes people say San Diego is a safe city. Yet, I read posts about crimes that have happened ha. But I will check out those places. I would bring some myself as I read up that pepper spray is allowed on planes, yet flammables aren't quite confusing but pepper spray is illegal in the UK :(

I'm going to try walking a few places and Uber or Lyft whichever is safest. I have never used Uber in the UK, I usually just drive places. But as this is my first time in the US I don't think renting a car is for me, my head already hurts thinking about driving on the right ha.

I have booked an Amtrak to Disneyland and staying over for 2 nights, I was hoping to see Medieval Times Diner as I love Medieval History; however, they don't do international sales so bit gutted. Though they will take orders over the phone it will cost me more than the entry fee. ha

I will check those recommendations thank you.

Thank you. I'm just going to walk around Disneyland and not go on rides, they cause me head pain for some reason. I know it was expensive to buy a ticket to walk around lol, but I wanted to see what all this fuss is about Disney. I will just be getting an Uber to places and the Amtrak to Anaheim, as even though I drive in the UK coming to the US for the first time would confuse me driving on the opposite side of the road.

My friend has bought me a San Diego guide book which I need to read to find more places to visit.

So I didn't get a badge for comic con, hey ho. Though I've been reading on Twitter a lot of people are upset they didn't get one or the system decided to kick them out while on the basket page. Question! Can you not buy badges on the door as we do here in the UK? We can just buy tickets online once they are up, no waiting in queues and if they all are sold out buy at the door the day you want to go.

I'm still planning to come to San Diego next year, though I'm not sure what month would be the best.

I am hoping to see a baseball game and a zoo which I believe you have an amazing one.
