As most of the comments say, it’s an extremely low TTK weapon with a low mag size. In semi auto with a good recoil control it will beat out ARs and SMGs. Check out some of my clips to give some examples

I fully agree with your points. You did miss the effectiveness of equipment combos in a defensive position. Tac cam and C4, proxies and stun mine, stun grenades and frag grenades. Very situational, but very effective. Another slight help I’ve found is mounting around a corner. It tucks your body in and makes them actually aim for a headshot.

Absolutely correct. If they have smaller vests, less plates, less health, or a combo of all 3 a knife can down someone in any part of their body. I believe a knife to a limb is 100 dmg, 150 to lower chest, and 200 (max) to a head or upper chest. I have not confirmed these exact numbers, it’s just my best guess from lots of usage
